The Saluki Watch Dawg is the official newsletter of the Southern Illinois University Carbondale Department of Public Safety. This newsletter is being published monthly to provide useful information regarding campus and housing safety, crime prevention, emergency preparedness, information on Clery reporting, and other issues critical to the SIU campus community. Crime & Fire Logs
The SIU Police Department maintains a 60-day crime log that may be viewed online or in person during normal business hours. In addition, we maintain a log of fires that occur in campus residence areas.
