Revolutionary Student Coalition

Main Content

On the evening of Monday, May 6 1968, a self-described revolutionary student coalition (led by a non-student) met to begin planning their "major confrontation" with the University.[4] As reported in a May 7 story in the Daily Egyptian, actions discussed by the approximately 150 people in attendance included taking over the office and/or burning down the home of University President Delyte Morris (an attempt would be made to do that overnight May 8/9, a day after the bombing of the Ag Building).
